Stainless Powder Steel
Stainless powder steel is produced in particle metallurgy process. This process results in extremely fine grained steel with a homogenous composition and uniform microstructure. High carbon and chromium content and big amount of vanadium guarantee superior wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
CPM S30V
With an alloy of carbon 1.45%, chromium 14%, molybdenum 2% and vanadium 4%, this steel is very tough and wear-proof, resistant to salt water as well.
CPM S35VN
Parannettu versio CPM S30V:sta. Niobium ja vanadiini karbiidien myötä sitkeys on 15-20% parempi. Mitat sopivat erityisen hyvin fileerausveitsiin, joissa kovuus voidaan pitää 60-61 HRC.
CPM S60V
Addition of carbon 2.15%, chromium 17%, vanadium and molybdenum 5.5% makes the steel very wear-proof and cutting edges sharp.
CPM S90V
An alloy of carbon 2.3%, chromium 14%, molybdenum 1% and vanadium 9% provides the steel with a superior wear resistance and fine grain size.
Elmax
An alloy of carbon 1.7%, chromium 18%, molybdenum 1% and vanadium 3% makes the steel fine grained with wearability and toughness.
RWL-34
The added amount of carbon 1%, chromium 14%, molybdenum 4% and vanadium 0,3% makes the steel wear-proof and tough as well as enhances sharpness and resistance to salt water.
